pasta-tips

To make a great pasta dish some simple skills are needed. If you have some questions about the ideal way to achieve a culinary masterpiece, see the rows below. We have prepared some clever tips for successful pasta preparation that you will benefit from. They are easy to follow and guarantee a great taste for your ready-made pasta!

It’s important to know

  1. Never put your pasta into water that is not boiling. Otherwise, the result will be overcooked and too soft.
  2. When the water boils, you can slightly lower the temperature so that the bubbles are smaller. This is necessary because the finer spaghetti and macaroni can be torn during violent boiling.

3. Do not put a lid on the boiling pasta because the water will spill over the hot stove. A good solution is simply to      put the lid half on or to put a wooden spoon between the pot and the lid. The idea is to have a gap between the pan and the lid.

  1. It’s never a good idea to prepare two types of pasta at the same time, in the same container. You can save some time, but remember that each type of pasta has different consistency and cooking time, so the result will not be good.
  2. Drain the pasta and immediately pour on the sauce. Otherwise, delicious spaghetti and pasta can quickly bond together. If the sauce is not available, you can add some olive oil and mix, as advised in our recipes.
  3. When draining your pasta, keep one cup of its water. You do not have to use it afterwards because not every recipe requires it. However, if your sauce becomes too thick, a little of this water will make its consistency perfect.

Well-prepared pasta is a temptation that appeals to both small and large! We hope that the tips we have shared will be of use to you very soon. If you are thinking about enjoying with the family, let  our recipes and tips inspire you.
