Instructions

  1. Chop the tomatoes and the zucchini in 1 cm wide slices.
  2. Place them in a cooking tray and spread olive oil over them.
  3. Bake the ingredients for 10 minutes but only using the upper grill of the oven.
  4. In a bowl, mix the pressed garlic, the sour cream, mozzarella (chopped in thin slices) as well as the chopped parsley. Stir.
  5. In a readily oiled tray place one lasagna noodle and over it – zucchini, tomatoes, sour cream and mozzarella.  Then another lasagna noodle and pour over it the same vegetables and liquid mixture.
  6. You finish with thin mozzarella slices which should be placed on top.
  7. Bake the dish at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
