  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water.
  2. Peel and press the garlic. Pour the olive oil into a deep pan. Clean and boil the shrimps, then put them in the olive oil for a short time. Add the garlic. After about 30 seconds season with hot pepper to taste and add the thinly sliced red pepper. Heat the cognac until it nearly boils. Then pour it over the ingredients in the pan and set alight briefly. Put down the flame with the wine and leave to simmer.
  3. After a minute, add the drained spaghetti and the broken basil and stir.

Advice: You can sprinkle each portion with grated yellow cheese or another hard cheese.
