Instructions
- Boil the tagliatelle in a slightly salted water for 6-7 min, while during the last two minutes add the peas to them.
- In the meantime place the crème in a medium pan and heat it over low temperature for 2 min.
- Add the salmon, lemon juice, half of the onion and a few pinches of salt and pepper.
- Drain the tagliatelle, retain part of their water and put them back in the boiling dish as you add the salmon mixture as well.
- Pour the pasta water and stir well.
- When serving sprinkle the rest of the onion and the lemon zest on top of the meal.
