Instructions

  1. Boil the tagliatelle in a slightly salted water for 6-7 min, while during the last two minutes add the peas to them.
  2. In the meantime place the crème in a medium pan and heat it over low temperature for 2 min.
  3. Add the salmon, lemon juice, half of the onion and a few pinches of salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the tagliatelle, retain part of their water and put them back in the boiling dish as you add the salmon mixture as well.
  5. Pour the pasta water and stir well.
  6. When serving sprinkle the rest of the onion and the lemon zest on top of the meal.
