Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti in a slightly salted water, for 7-8 minutes, drain them and you could add some olive oil or butter to avoid pasta sticking together.
  2. Heat some oil in a big pan over medium high heat. Add the onion, beef and garlic and fry them for 4 minutes as you stir regularly.
  3. Press the tomatoes so that you get a puree.
  4. Place the tomato sauce, oregano and red pepper in the pan. Keep them on the hob for 1 minute after which add the tomatoes and let the ingredients simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper and serve each portion in the following order: first past, then sauce and finally parmesan.
