Instructions
- Boil the spaghetti in a slightly salted water for 7-8 minutes, drain them and keep 1 cup of their water.
- In the meantime in a large pan heat the olive oil over medium high heat and fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Place the rest of the vegetables inside, season with salt and pepper and keep them in until they receive a nice crispy crust.
- Add the pasta, water, lemon juice and parmesan and stir well.
