Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in one big pan over a medium heat.

  2. Add the beef and fry it for 8 minutes so that there are no pink sections.

  3. Drain the olive oil and put the meat aside.

  4. Heat the rest ½ tbsp. of olive oil in the pan and add the finely chopped onion.

  5. Let the onion fry until golden (about 2-3 min.) after that add the finely chopped garlic, and fry it together with the onion for another minute.

  6. After that add the cooked minced meat, the tomato sauce, oregano and the finely chopped parsley.

  7. Let the ingredients boil and add salt and pepper to the taste. Leave the mixture for another 15 min on the hob on a low heat.

  8. In the meantime prepare the Sole Mio Quatro in a slightly salted water for 10 to 11 minutes.

  9. Pour the sauce over them and sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top.
