1. Blend the peeled avocado together with the cucumber, garlic, basil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
  2. Slice the zucchini thin ( like spaghetti) without peeling them and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Cook the pasta in salted water. Drain and add the puree. Add the zucchini and mix well.
  4. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and arugula and serve.
