- In a slightly salted water cook the couscous for 6-7 min.
- In the mean time mix the lemon juice, the zest, olive oil, the honey and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add the drained couscous and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper if it’s necessary.
- You can enjoy this salad hot and cold (leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour).
