1. In a slightly salted water cook the couscous for 6-7 min.
  2. In the mean time mix the lemon juice, the zest, olive oil, the honey and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Add the drained couscous and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Add salt and pepper if it’s necessary.
  5. You can enjoy this salad hot and cold (leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour).
