1. Boil the farfalle in a slightly salted water for 11-12 min.

  2. Melt the butter in a pan over a medium heat and fry the garlic until it becomes fragrant.

  3. Add the chopped spinach together with a pinch of salt and pepper and fry them until the spinach becomes soft.

  4. Remove the mixture from the hob and add the cooked farfalle (if you wish, you could remove the cloves).

  5. Add parmesan to the taste and spread the basil leaves on top.
