1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water together with the oil until al dente – cooked but still a bit firm to the bite.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a sauce pan.
  3. Add the spaghetti, the pine nuts, the chopped garlic, parsley and basil. Stir for 1-2 minutes before adding the powdered Parmigiano.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
