- Put the pasta in a pot.
- Add the onion, cut into half moons.
- Add the broth, tomatoes and olive oil.
- Season with finely cut basil, garlic, oregano, salt and black pepper. Cover and bring to a boil.
After that remove the cover and cook the pasta for another 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with sprinkling of olive oil, grated Pecorino cheese and – to taste – finely cut fresh basil.
