Instructions

  1. First fry the bread crumbs until golden (for 3 min.) with ½ tbsp. of olive oil over medium heat.

  2. In a bigger pan pour the rest of the olive oil and fry the finely chopped garlic for another minute, after which add the clams and the wine and leave them on the hob for 4 min over a medium high temperature.

  3. In the meantime boil the spaghetti in a slightly salted water for 10-11 min.

  4. Add the spaghetti and 2 tbsp. of their water to the clams, together with the lemon juice, the spices and a pinch of salt and pepper.

  5. Toss the ingredients for 2 minutes over medium high heat.

  6. Remove the clams which haven’t opened sprinkle with the bread crumbs and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
