1. Add the dried fruit and the sugar to the water and boil them for 2 minutes over medium heat
  2. Pour the couscous and stir. Immediately after that remove the dish from the hob
  3. Place a lid and let the couscous absorb the water (5-7 minutes)
  4. Fluff the couscous with a fork to remove any bumps and add the nuts
  5. Let the dish cool (10 minutes)
