Instructions
- Chop the tomatoes and the zucchini in 1 cm wide slices.
- Place them in a cooking tray and spread olive oil over them.
- Bake the ingredients for 10 minutes but only using the upper grill of the oven.
- In a bowl, mix the pressed garlic, the sour cream, mozzarella (chopped in thin slices) as well as the chopped parsley. Stir.
- In a readily oiled tray place one lasagna noodle and over it – zucchini, tomatoes, sour cream and mozzarella. Then another lasagna noodle and pour over it the same vegetables and liquid mixture.
- You finish with thin mozzarella slices which should be placed on top.
- Bake the dish at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
