Instructions

  1. Place the penne in a salted water and boil it for 10-11 minutes.
  2. Remove them from the hob and drain them from the water.
  3. You could also add butter and olive oil.
  4. In deep pan place 3 t.s. olive oil, finely chop the onion, garlic and red peppers and add them to the mixture.
  5. Fry the mixture at a medium heat for about 15 minutes, so that the ingredients would soften and acquire a nice golden crust/look. Stir constantly to avoid burning them.
  6. Place the fried vegetables on top of the boiled penne and sprinkle some parsley for better taste and aroma.
